2.4 The sequence number indicates the order in which the host issues the model within the same product, represented by an Arabic numeral.

2.5 Host model According to the provisions of Sections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3, the type spectrum is listed by the Ministry for the model.

5. Editing of instruments and instruments and device models

The model of the instrument, instrument and device consists of the following three parts:

Sixth, the coding method of the twin type product model

6.1 The most important type of product that is designed according to certain specifications is called the basic type. On the basis of the basic type, some main structures have been changed and improved, and the modified product type is called the twin type.

6.2 The type of the twin type is added to the basic type and the Chinese pinyin letter prefix representing the type of the twin. Different varieties of products can use the same letter, the same type of products can not use the same letter to avoid confusion. example:

(1) Drying machine with different heat sources of printing and dyeing machine, with saturated steam as the basic type, and the rest of the heat source is the twin type, the gas is represented by the letter M, the butane is represented by B, the electric heat is represented by D, and the hot oil is represented by Y. The gasoline vaporization is represented by Q, and the superheated steam is represented by G.

(2) The cotton yarn medium baler is the basic type, then its twin type: the woolen packing machine N indicates that the sack packing machine is represented by C, and the canvas packing machine is represented by F.

(3) Container type products are only formed by different materials, and are represented by the pinyin letters of the materials.

6.3 If some equipment is designed, trial-produced, or has no special case of basic type, the model is still processed according to Article 6.2.

6.4 The twin model cannot be represented by the Chinese phonetic alphabet representing its meaning, and it is represented by the sequence numbers A, B, C..., the first addition of A, the second addition of B, the third addition of C... Such a push, in which I, O, R, L should not be used, so as not to misunderstand.

6.5 Considering the general possibility of cotton, wool, hemp, silk and other equipment, on the basis of the product type of certain fiber design, the structure and size of the product are partially modified to adapt to other fibers, modified The type is also a twin type. The model number is added to the basic type model and the Chinese phonetic alphabet representing the model of the applicable fiber equipment is added and bracketed. For example, when the cotton automatic weft machine is modified as appropriate to suit the requirements of the silk fiber, the twin type is GA191 (GD).

6.6 The product models formed in Articles 6.2 and 6.5 shall be written with the letters A, B, C... at the end if they are formed into a twin type according to Article 6.4. When the MA633M gas bake dryer is used, and the twin type is developed, the model is MA633MA.

6.7 In order to meet the rationality and reality of manufacture or use, some local structure, part shape, size or material of the product have been modified accordingly, but the main structure and external dimensions of the product are not affected, and the improved The model is still the original model and is not used for twinning. After many times of hygiene, the product structure and performance have undergone major changes, and no further hygiene treatment should be done. New models should be given.

Seven, the series type product model is compiled

7.1 On the basis of the basic type of product, in order to meet the requirements of the use of the process, the basic parameters of the machine components are changed, and the resulting product is called a series type product.

The model number of the 7.2 series type product is based on the basic model type and the basic parameters are added. The middle is connected with a short "-" (pronounced "horizontal"). The basic parameters are represented by the main technical characteristics of the product. For example, the sizing of 1400 mm sizing is the basic type, model GA301, and the sizing machine model of the series 1800 mm is GA301-180.

7.3 Some products change two main parameters at the same time. The model number is represented by a main parameter as much as possible. If it cannot be clearly indicated by one parameter, the model number is filled with two parameters, and the middle is marked with “×” (pronounced “multiply”). Connected. E.g:

(1) The 1800 mm machine is composed of 4 rotary nets, the type of rotary dryer is R456-180×4, and the rotary dryer consisting of 10 rotary nets is R456-180×10;

(2) The hot oil baking machine consisting of one drying room is 1600 mm, and the hot oil baking machine consisting of two drying rooms is model MA633Y-160×2.

Eight, the left and right hand type product model

8.1 Decide whether a machine is a left-handed vehicle or a right-handed vehicle. Generally, it should be in accordance with the corresponding provisions of the drawing management system FJ62-79. If it is not possible to distinguish according to this regulation, the characteristics of the left and right hand trucks should be distinguished by text or illustration in the relevant technical documents.

8.2 left and right hand type products are not given the model number, but the left and right hands are indicated on the product name, and the fixed letters L and R of the left and right hands are added after the relevant part code.

Nine, the name of the product

Product names should be as correct, concise, and clear as possible. The full name of the product generally includes the model number of the product and the name that indicates its purpose.

X. Management of product models

The various names and models of the departmental textile machinery shall be uniformly issued by the Ministry. All units are not allowed to prepare their own. The department issues the model at the same time as the new product task. It can also be approved by the new product design and trial production unit for the model report department, which will be approved by the department.
