We are the headwear factory since 2015 in China more than 200 workers.
1. What's the minimum quanity ?
The minimum is 50pcs to start for per design/colour.
2.What's the sample time and production time?
Usually,The sample time is 7-10days. The production time is 20-25days.
3. What shipping company do you use ? How long for shipping time.
Usually, we use DHL/Fedex/TNT/Fedex.
The shipping time is around 3-4days.
4. Can you custom the lable?
Yes, we can custom everything from materail,shape,fit,label,embroidery logo,metal buckle.
5. Do you charge sample cost ?
Yes, general the sample cost is usd50 per item, shipping cost for sample is usd50 too. Total usd100.
Can you refund the sample cost to us ? Yes, if the order quantity is 100pcs per design/colour,we can refund the usd50.
Also, If you pay 50% production deposit, we can make free of sample.
This is quite fair for each other.
